The first creation features a pure white enamel dial created by master craftsman Mitsuru Yokosawa and his team. The new dial features gray metal indices that contrast with the exquisitely crafted enamel. This material, prized for its depth and immutability, was also used in Seiko's very first wristwatch, the Laurel, from 1913. The blue-tinted hour, minute, and second hands provide a beautiful contrast to the brilliant white dial.
